This is my story (as I know it)
My name is Walik Lewis Edwards and I was born in New York City at an extremely young age. After learning how to walk on my own, getting a decent haircut, and unintelligibly count to ten by my 376th day on earth, my mother decided it was time for us to move, and we took the long, arduous expedition from Manhattan Island to The Bronx, where we settled until getting back to our Manhattan roots several years later.
After leaving NYC, I moved to Miami studying Radio Broadcasting (which I was pretty good at as an on air DJ and an accidental program director, also improbably winning a major group award), and Criminology. Since then, I moved back to NYC where I discovered my ability to write and be creative, The Bay Area, Los Angeles, Seattle, Albuquerque, and back to Los Angeles, where I currently live as a single, proud dad of two wonderful children.
I’ve had the privilege to write for print, film, and online publications for different genres.
